In 2022, Bond Leung, Joyce Liu and chef Ka Kei Wong from Belgium founded Bar Bleu. With the vision of creating a casual fine bistro in the heart of SOHO.
Our Head Chef trained for two years in Hong Kong under the city's best, where he had the chance to work with a wide variety of seafood from all over the world and fell in love with it.
Chef Ka Kei Wong brings you a bold seafood menu by adding a touch of innovation to tradition.
